– Services must be used within 2 months of purchase.
– Appointments must be booked in advance (at least 1-2 days) as we do not accept walk-ins. Contact details can be found in your confirmation email.
– If you have a preferred stylist for a haircut, please specify when booking your appointment.
– Hair extensions may not be accepted for chemical services in certain cases.
– If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your booking may be cancelled.
– Late arrivals may result in a longer wait time of 1-1.30 hours.
– Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.
– Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
